Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Returns are shipped back to KOTi 28 at the expense of the customer. KOTi 28 is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, we highly recommend shipping with tracking and/or insurance.
