Returns & Exchanges

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging, where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Online Returns

To begin a return, please email shop@koti28.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email shop@koti28.ca with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate.

Final Sale

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Body care and personal-care products, including lotions, creams, soaps and sunscreens
• Opened or used candles
• Earrings, where applicable
• Sale and clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

Items marked Final Sale and seasonal items at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
